Steven Gringoire

Steven is an investment director at AnaCap Financial Partners, a financial services specialist private equity firm based in London and a majority shareholder in Ancorius since 2025.

He leads AnaCap’s coverage across France and Benelux and sits at the board of Ancorius (Luxembourg), Cleva Solutions (France) and MRH Trowe (Germany).

Prior to joining AnaCap, Steven worked at J.P. Morgan as an analyst in the FIG EMEA M&A team and at EY in the transaction advisory team.

Steven graduated magna cum laude with an M.Sc. in Economic and Finance from the Louvain School of Management and is a CFA charter holder.
