Vessel Registration Services
- Registration of vessels with the Luxembourg Maritime Registry.
- Preparation and filing of mortgage documentation with the Luxembourg Mortgage Registry.
- Acting as the intermediary between the Commissariat aux Affaires Maritimes (CAM), the Administration de l’Enregistrement, des Domaines et de la TVA (AED), and the client.
- Coordination and management of all administrative procedures related to vessel registration and ongoing regulatory requirements.
Accredited Maritime Manager Services
- Provision of a Luxembourg-accredited maritime manager in accordance with Article 132 of the Maritime Act of 9 November 1990.
- Appointment of the accredited maritime manager as a board member of the Luxembourg maritime company, where required.
- Ongoing coordination and administration of matters relating to the Luxembourg maritime company and the Luxembourg Maritime Registry.
- Support with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and interactions with the relevant maritime authorities.
