Thibault Corlay

Thibault is the Head of Corporate Services at Ancorius. He advises local and international clients on corporate governance, fiduciary services and the management of regulated and unregulated Luxembourg structures.

With over 15 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial services industry, Thibault brings deep expertise across fiduciary, corporate, accounting and regulatory matters, with a strong focus on private equity, real estate, credit and securitisation structures.

Before joining Ancorius, Thibault spent over seven years at Maples Group in Luxembourg, serving as Senior Vice President on the Fiduciary Directors Team and as a member of the local management committee. He led several client service teams and oversaw an extensive portfolio of international SOPARFIs, SPVs, AIFs, registered AIFMs and securitisation vehicles, while regularly acting as an independent director.

Earlier in his career, Thibault held progressively senior roles at Maples Group and Intertrust, combining hands-on client relationship management with leadership responsibilities. He began his career in Luxembourg as an accountant, building a strong technical foundation that continues to underpin his pragmatic, client-focused approach.

Thibault is a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant (OEC) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance. He is fluent in French and English.
