Stephane Allart

Stéphane heads the Tax Services Department. With more than 15 years of experience in tax advisory, he has actively participated in building the tax strategy of large companies across various sectors of the economy, both in and from Luxembourg.

Stéphane started his career in 2004 in the tax department at BDO, where he gained extensive experience in VAT and Corporate Tax, as well as in structuring and restructuring investments. After 6 years at BDO, he joined a smaller chartered accountancy firm as tax director and became an executive director of the Company. He had been there for 3 years before his next move to Initium as Managing Partner, starting in August 2013. Stéphane intervenes as an external speaker on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, Luxembourg VAT and Corporate Tax, Islamic finance, and, more recently, the specificities of eCommerce Taxation.

Stéphane is a French native speaker and speaks English fluently. He has a sound knowledge of Dutch. ​
