Philippe Vanderhoven

Philippe is the General Counsel of the Ancorius Group, where he leads all legal and compliance-related matters across the organisation.

His responsibilities include supervising compliance operations, driving the implementation of internal procedures, and chairing the group’s Risk & Compliance Committee.

He plays a central role in the legal structuring of client entities, corporate governance, and M&A operations.

He also oversees the administration of domiciled companies, acts as a board member, and remains actively involved in the trust management operations of Arcado Trustee.

Philippe regularly contributes to the improvement of legal documentation and strategic thinking on matters such as the use of AI.

He holds a Law degree and a Notary diploma from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), as well as an Executive MBA from the Solvay Business School. With over 15 years of experience in the Luxembourg fiduciary sector, he has served a broad international client base with a pragmatic and forward-looking approach.
