Olivier Jarny

Olivier has more than 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg domiciliation business and is the co-owner and managing partner of Reference Financial Services.

He specialises in accounting and tax services to clients spanning private equity, venture capital and real estate funds, as well as securitisation vehicles and private holding companies.

He worked as a wealth adviser in France, specialising in tax optimisation, and as a senior tax consultant at E&Y Luxembourg, focusing on international individual taxation matters.

He served as Head of Finance at Varde Partners, a hedge fund specialised in alternative investments, overseeing a portfolio exceeding €500m, and worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London and was in charge of the budget for certain subsidies for Eastern Europe, Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. He served on the boards of directors of numerous domiciled companies with aggregate assets exceeding €100bn and provided ongoing management of Luxembourg SPVs, securitisation vehicles and SICARs.

He is French, also fluent in English and German.
