Mathieu Raso

Mathieu is responsible for reviewing all legal documentation for a significant client portfolio and preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.

He acts as Director for client entities with the purpose of financial and fiscal optimisation and/or planning. With his expertise in tax consulting, accounting and corporate matters, he is responsible for the daily management of a company’s portfolio.

He is also involved in special operations, including incorporation, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, liquidations/dissolutions, interim dividends, bond issues, capital increases/decreases, SPA agreements, loan agreements, and contribution agreements, among others.

He’s a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Luxembourg Ordre des Experts-Comptables (Order of Chartered Accountants) since 2019, and holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance.
