Manuel Bordignon

Manuel Bordignon is the Head of Payroll and Employment Advisory Services at Ancorius, a position he has held since joining the company in 2003. He leads a multidisciplinary team that delivers payroll processing and employment law advisory services to clients from a wide range of sectors. His areas of expertise cover Luxembourg labour law, social security, and personal income taxation, with a strong focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and practical implementation.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Manuel began his career at BDO (formerly Compagnie Fiduciaire), where he advanced to Senior Payroll Manager. He later joined UBS Luxembourg, serving as Co-Head of Human Resources for three years, before returning to fiduciary services to further develop client-focused advisory solutions.

Manuel is recognised for his ability to bridge operational and legal considerations, helping clients navigate complex employment and remuneration situations. His strategic insight and technical knowledge contribute to reinforcing the firm’s role as a trusted partner in payroll and HR advisory.
