Laura Cerbella

Laura is a Manager Corporate Services in the Corporate Services Team.

She support clients throughout the different stages of the corporate lifecycle and works in close collaboration with legal and financial professionals, including tax advisors, notaries, and banking institutions.

Her responsibilities include coordinating client engagements, overseeing the preparation of legal and corporate documentation, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

She also contributes to the day-to-day management of the team and mentors and trains junior corporate officers, guiding them through their professional development.

Laura has been serving as a director on the boards of several Luxembourg-based companies.

She’s fluent in five languages: French, English, German, Italian, and Luxembourgish.
