Johan van den Berg

Johan is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Ancorius Group. He is responsible for the group’s strategy, as well as leading the day-to-day management of the business and our people across the Group.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Johan is a seasoned business development leader and chartered accountant with a passion for fiduciary services.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles, serving as the Global Head of Business Development and as Managing Director of Trustmoore in Luxembourg for over 12 years.

He has developed and managed international, regulated, and unregulated structures for multinational corporations, institutional investors, and entrepreneurial families, gaining expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, and investments. He has also completed executive education programs at INSEAD, one of the world’s top business schools.
