Franck Martin

Franck was appointed Head of Corporate Development of Ancorius Group in 2025. He is primarily responsible for leading the Group’s M&A initiatives, post-merger integration and execution of strategic projects.

Franck has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and has developed extensive expertise in M&A advisory, financial due diligence, and integration processes. Prior to joining Ancorius, he spent over four years at Alter Domus as a Corporate Finance Senior Manager and six years at PwC Luxembourg.

Throughout his career, Franck has led and managed numerous M&A transactions across a wide range of industries, working with multinational corporations, institutional investors, and private equity firms.
