Claude Luescher

Claude Luescher is the Chief Information Officer (CIOaaS), driving the digital transformation and IT governance strategy since June 2023. His role includes designing and implementing secure, scalable IT infrastructures, improving operational resilience, and aligning technology with business objectives across departments. He is also responsible for cybersecurity, ERP project leadership, and compliance with regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001, GDPR, and DORA.

Claude brings over two decades of experience in IT strategy, compliance, and governance, having previously held leadership roles in consulting firms and regulated environments. He advises clients in Luxembourg and internationally on digital innovation, data protection, and enterprise architecture. Claude is also the founder of Licent S.à r.l., where he serves clients in roles such as DPOaaS and CIOaaS.
