Guy Pauwels

Guy Pauwels joined the Ancorius Group in 2025 to establish a robust and forward-looking Finance function and bring M&A experience in line with the Group’s ambitious growth strategy. Guy brings over 20 years of experience as a finance professional.

In 2018, Guy moved to Luxembourg to take on a CFO/Finance Director role with one of the leading fund services providers in Luxembourg, and later moved on to become Group CFO and Conducting Officer with a Luxembourg-based AIFM.

Prior to moving to Luxembourg, Guy gained experience working for leading advisory firms on M&A-related missions. Guy also worked with the largest Belgian postal and logistics operator, where he worked closely with Senior Management on strategic initiatives and M&A projects. Besides working in Belgium and Luxembourg, Guy worked in the French-speaking part of Switzerland from 2008 to 2011.
