Celia Marques

Célia Marques joined Ancorius in 2005 and holds the position of Senior Manager Payroll. She is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for the firm’s entire client base, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across a broad spectrum of industries.

Before joining Ancourius, Célia began her career at BDO (formerly Compagnie Fiduciaire), where she spent four years and progressed to the role of Senior Payroll Officer. She then worked for three years at ABN AMRO Bank Luxembourg as a Payroll and Compensation Specialist, gaining valuable experience in handling remuneration and regulatory obligations in a highly regulated environment.

Thanks to her strong operational expertise and long-standing commitment to client service, Célia is a central point of contact for many clients and a reference within the team for complex payroll-related questions.
