Cédric Raths

Cédric has 30 years of experience in the Luxembourg domiciliation business, including for private equity funds, Islamic finance, maritime companies, venture capital funds, real estate funds, securitisation vehicles and private holding companies.

He is the founding partner and co-owner of Reference Financial Services, and a former director at Pandoo (ex-Pandomus) and Alter Domus (ex-Fideos). Before that, Cédric was a senior account manager at Amicorp Luxembourg, one of the world’s largest trust companies, and held positions as client relationship manager at TMF Luxembourg (ex-ABN AMRO Trust), head of repackaging & securitisation at Zedra Luxembourg (ex-Interconsult), and accountant at Maitland and Equity Trust.

He acted as director to numerous Luxembourg-domiciled companies and provided the ongoing management of Luxembourg SPVs and SICARs. An ex-member of the Luxembourg chartered accountants’ association (l’Ordre des Experts Comptables), he’s also an accredited maritime manager.

He holds a degree in economic sciences from the University of Namur (Belgium) and a bachelor’s in accountancy from the Robert Schuman University College of Libramont (Belgium).

Cédric is a Belgian national, fluent in French and English.
