Ancorius Group today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Induna, an independent Luxembourg fund and corporate services provider regulated as a specialised PSF (Professionnel du Secteur Financier Spécialisé) by the CSSF.
The transaction will significantly strengthen Ancorius’ regulated fund administration capabilities in Luxembourg and increase its visibility among Nordic fund managers, corporates, and private wealth clients, given Induna’s expertise in structuring and administering Luxembourg vehicles for Scandinavian investors.
Strengthening regulated fund administration
The planned acquisition of Induna will complement Ancorius’ existing domiciliation and corporate services expertise with regulated central administration, transfer agency, and fund governance capabilities. As a result, the enlarged group will be able to support clients across a wider range of investment structures, from incorporation and administration to ongoing accounting, tax, regulatory and fund services.
“Induna brings capabilities that are highly relevant to the next stage of Ancorius’ development,” said Johan van den Berg, Group CEO of Ancorius. “This transaction will deepen our regulated services offering in Luxembourg and strengthen our ability to support fund managers, entrepreneurs, families and international investors with more integrated solutions. It is also a strong cultural fit: both organisations are built around technical expertise, long-standing client relationships and pragmatic service delivery.”
Following completion, Induna’s team of 15 professionals will join Ancorius, bringing the Group’s headcount to over 100 professionals. Induna is led by Eric Leclerc and Thomas Lieben, who – following the transaction – will join Ancorius’ leadership team.
“Induna has always been close to its clients, with a strong emphasis on trust, responsiveness and technical quality,” said Eric Leclerc, Managing Partner of Induna. “By becoming part of Ancorius, we preserve that approach while giving our clients and our team access to a wider organisation, broader expertise and new growth opportunities. This is a natural next step for the business.”
Nordics-Luxembourg bridge
The acquisition will also reinforce Ancorius’ connection to the Nordic market, creating a dedicated channel for Nordic fund managers, family offices and corporates seeking Luxembourg-based fund administration, domiciliation and regulatory services.
“The Nordic market is an important area of focus for Ancorius as we expand internationally,” added Johan van den Berg. “Luxembourg remains one of Europe’s leading hubs for investment structures, and Nordic managers increasingly need reliable local partners who understand both the Luxembourg environment and cross-border expectations. Through Induna, we will strengthen both sides of that bridge.”
Accelerating growth strategy
In April 2025, AnaCap, a market-leading private equity investor specialising in partnering with founders and entrepreneurial management teams across services, technology and software within the European financial ecosystem, acquired a majority stake in Ancorius (rebranding it from Fiduciaire Jean-Marc Faber) and under AnaCap’s stewardship, the Ancorius Group continues to invest in service expansion, digitalisation and international development.
The Induna transaction forms part of Ancorius’ broader growth strategy, focused on selective acquisitions and partnerships that add capabilities, talent and growth without compromising service quality. Ancorius also recently announced the acquisition of Initium Group, a Luxembourg-based provider of accounting, tax and corporate services. In May 2025, the Group also signed an agreement to acquire Unsworth & Associates, a regulated corporate services provider operating in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
“The acquisition of Induna is a strong example of the kind of targeted growth opportunity Ancorius is pursuing,” said Steven Gringoire, Managing Director at AnaCap. “Induna will add specialist expertise, expand the Group’s reach, and reinforce Ancorius’ position as a Luxembourg-based platform with increasing international relevance. We look forward to joining forces with Induna.”
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval.
